Sales Executive (B2B)
Grow and manage a portfolio of B2B accounts in the industrial sector. Prospect new clients, nurture existing relationships, and close deals across WePerform's catalog of 500,000+ industrial parts including bearings, belts, chains, and seals.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in any field; fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome - 1β2 years of sales experience preferred - Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia & English) - Goal-oriented and motivated by targets - Experience in industrial or trading sales is an advantage
Digital Marketing Executive
Plan and execute WePerform's digital marketing strategy across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content channels. Grow our brand presence, drive organic traffic to our 500,000-product catalog, and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 1β3 years of digital marketing experience - Proficient in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics platforms - Strong copywriting skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia - Experience with e-commerce or B2B marketing is a strong advantage
Sales Admin Executive
Support the sales team with order processing, quotation preparation, invoicing, and delivery order issuance. Ensure smooth documentation flow from quote to delivery, maintain accurate records in our system, and assist with customer service inquiries and after-sales coordination.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field - 1β2 years of sales support or admin experience - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word - Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills - Familiarity with invoicing, delivery orders, and basic accounting processes
Operations Executive
Coordinate day-to-day operations including order fulfilment, logistics coordination, vendor communication, and process improvement. Work closely with sales, warehouse, and management to ensure orders are delivered on time and operational targets are consistently met.

- Diploma/Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field - 1β3 years of operations or logistics experience - Strong coordination and problem-solving skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Experience with e-commerce or supply chain operations is an advantage
Warehouse Executive
Manage the receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of industrial parts inventory. Maintain accurate stock records, ensure all products are stored in good condition, and support daily warehouse operations efficiently and safely.
Requirements
- SPM/Diploma in any field - 1β2 years of warehouse or inventory management experience - Physically fit and able to handle industrial parts - Meticulous in stock management and record-keeping - Forklift certification is an advantage
AI Engineer
Design, build, and deploy AI-powered tools to automate and optimise WePerform's business operations β from intelligent product search and AI-driven customer service to internal workflow automation and data pipelines. Lead our AI transformation and help the company stay ahead through technology.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field - Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) - Experience building AI agents, RAG pipelines, or process automation workflows - Familiarity with web scraping, data processing, and API integration - Bonus: experience with Laravel, Vue.js, or any full-stack web framework
Management Trainee
A structured rotational programme designed to develop WePerform's next generation of leaders. You will rotate across Sales, Operations, Marketing, Warehouse, Procurement, and Finance over 12β18 months, gaining hands-on exposure to how a fast-growing B2B e-commerce business operates before stepping into a managerial role.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate with a Degree in any discipline (Business, Engineering, or IT preferred) - CGPA 3.0 and above - Strong leadership potential and eagerness to learn - Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia - Willingness to work across departments and take on challenges
Accounts & Finance Executive
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, invoicing, and financial reporting. Support monthly closing processes and ensure full compliance with Malaysian financial regulations and SST requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA/LCCI/CAT holders welcome) - 1β3 years of accounting experience - Proficient in accounting software (SQL Accounting, QuickBooks, or similar) - Knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations and SST - Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
Procurement Executive
Source and manage supplier relationships for WePerform's 500,000+ SKU industrial parts catalog. Handle purchase requests, negotiate pricing, issue purchase orders, coordinate goods receiving, and track vendor performance to ensure cost efficiency and uninterrupted supply.

- Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field - 1β3 years of procurement or purchasing experience - Strong negotiation and vendor management skills - Organised and detail-oriented in managing purchase documentation - Experience in industrial products, trading, or e-commerce procurement is an advantage
