Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept FPX online banking, credit/debit cards, and Billplz for instant checkout. Registered business accounts can apply for Net 30 credit terms with monthly invoicing.

How do Net 30 credit terms work?

Verified business accounts receive a monthly statement of all orders. Payment is due 30 days from invoice date. Apply for Net 30 during checkout or via your account dashboard β€” approval typically takes 1-2 business days.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

No β€” single-unit orders are accepted for most items. Bulk discounts apply automatically in the cart (volume tiers shown on product pages).

Can I get a quotation for bulk orders?

Yes. Submit a Request for Quotation (RFQ) with part numbers and quantities at /rfq. Our sales team responds within 4 business hours with pricing, stock availability, and lead time.

Do you charge SST (Sales & Service Tax)?

SST is applied at checkout where applicable, at the current Malaysian rate. Tax-exempt customers (verified businesses with LHDN exemption) can request exclusion.

Why are some prices not shown?

Prices above RM500 or for made-to-order items are hidden to protect business pricing. Contact sales or submit an RFQ for a quotation on those items.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship same-day in Malaysia?

Yes β€” orders placed before 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day from our Selangor warehouse. Orders after 4 PM ship the next business day.

How long does delivery take?

Peninsular Malaysia: 1-2 working days after dispatch. East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak): 2-3 working days. Delivery partner tracking is shared via email and WhatsApp.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Orders above RM500 qualify for free shipping within Peninsular Malaysia.

Can I arrange self-collection?

Yes β€” select "Self-Collect" at checkout. Orders are ready within 2 hours during business hours (8 AM - 6 PM, Mon-Fri) at our Shah Alam warehouse.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within Malaysia only. For international enquiries, contact sales@weperform.com.my.

Yes, every bearing, chain, belt, and seal is sourced from authorised distributors of the original manufacturer β€” SKF, Timken, FEIKEN, Gates, Bando, NSK, FAG, NTN, and more. Full manufacturer warranty applies.

How do I verify authenticity?

Genuine parts come in original manufacturer packaging with brand-specific holograms or QR codes (where applicable). If you suspect counterfeit, contact us within 14 days for free replacement.

Can you source a specific part not on the website?

Yes. Submit an RFQ with the part number, brand, and quantity β€” our sourcing team checks supplier availability and gets back to you within 4 business hours.

Returns & Warranty

Do you offer returns?

14-day return window on unused, unopened items in original packaging. Custom-ordered or made-to-order items are non-returnable. Initiate a return from your account dashboard.

What is the warranty period?

Manufacturer warranty applies per brand β€” typically 12 months for bearings and 6 months for belts/seals. WePerform handles warranty claims directly; no need to contact the manufacturer.

How do I claim warranty?

Email support@weperform.com.my with your order number, photos of the failed part, and a description of the failure mode. We dispatch a replacement within 3 business days after validation.

How do I filter products by brand or category?

Use the left sidebar on /catalog to filter by category, brand, price range, and stock status. Combine multiple filters for precise results.

How do I find the right part number?

Search by part number or keyword in the catalog search bar. For cross-referencing (e.g. converting an SKF part to NSK equivalent), submit an RFQ and our team will match it.

How do I create a business account?

Click "Register" and choose "Business Account". Provide your company SSM number. Net 30 credit approval and multi-user access are available after verification.

Can I add multiple users to my company account?

Yes β€” business accounts support multi-user access with role-based permissions (admin, purchaser, viewer). Manage users from your account dashboard.
